Smoke rises, explosion heard from N.K. border town of Kaesong: sources

SEOUL, June 16 (Yonhap) -- Smoke rose and an explosion was heard from the joint industrial complex in North Korea's border town of Kaesong on Tuesday, sources said, sparking speculation that the communist nation could have blown up an inter-Korean liaison office there.
